We have recently added some new yoga packages to our range of holiday activities available exclusively to guests.
Yoga has proved so popular that we now have three experienced practitioners who can offer bespoke sessions here at The Old Vicarage. They are suitable for all ages and abilities and can be delivered either individually or to small groups.
The Old Vicarage is the perfect environment to practice yoga, with its tranquil setting and stunning natural surroundings. Some of the sessions are even held outside, with one of the favourite locations for practising moves and meditation down by our private stretch of river.
The three yoga experts offer slightly different forms of yoga and delivery style so we are confident that there is something on offer for everyone.
Pictured is Nicole Vibrans who learnt the principles of yoga during a solo trip to the foothills of the Himalayas. During the trip she undertook intense physical and theoretical training in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, experienced various cleansing techniques, ancient breathing practices and the art of chanting mantras.
