Book online with The Old Vicarage
Please note online bookings are for full weeks only. We also offer short stays at quieter times of the year. To request a short break or to book in person call us on 01748 884348.
You will be asked to enter your details and then make a payment online. Cheques are also welcome. They should be made payable to ‘The Old Vicarage’ and can be sent by post to: Julia Carr, Marrick Park, Marrick, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 7LH.

Payment
To secure a booking, you will be asked to pay one third of the rental fee if the booking is made more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental, the total fee is required.
For bookings made less than 3 weeks before the start of the rental, no cheques can be accepted and payments are requested in cleared funds (i.e. by credit or debit card). Please note that a surcharge of 1.75% applies to all credit card payments (not debit cards).
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been accepted followed by written confirmation by post confirming your holiday dates and cost. You will also receive a copy of our Terms and Conditions, including cancellation details and instructions relating to the use of the property. This document can also be downloaded via this website from the ‘Book Online’ page.
Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the property will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. We kindly request that the property is vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure to allow sufficient time to prepare for the next guests.
