Thumbs up for celebrations!

We couldn't agree more with a heartfelt comment that was recently entered into our visitors' book:

"Thank you for a lovely stay and welcome. It was lovely to be able to have a reunion to celebrate the birthdays and special ocassions we've missed over the last couple of years."

Many of us will have missed out on getting together with family and friends so why not make up for lost time and book a stay at The Old Vicarage? It is perfect for large groups, with its luxurious spacious living accommodation and adjoining private leisure facilities that can occupy all ages.

These are situated just a short walk away and include a 15-metre, heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and fully equipped gym with table tennis and table football, together with an outside hard-surface tennis court. 

There is also the new 'Pool Stable', conveniently located just across the courtyard at The Old Vicarage. It has lovely exposed beams and stone walls with a full-size pool table to provide entertainment for adults and children alike.

The layout of the house is perfect for different groups holidaying together. The three fully equipped bathrooms avoid any morning queues and the separate lounge and dining areas, family-style kitchen and cosy snug means that people can get together or enjoy their own space.

We can also offer a few little extras to make your celebrations extra special - such as birthday cakes and champagne on arrival - or put you in touch with catering companies who can provide more elaborate dining.
