Relax this February at The Old Vicarage

If you fancy breaking up the long winter months then why not book a stay at The Old Vicarage? We still have the week commencing 16 February free, which for many parts of the country is the half-term school holiday - perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family in the picturesque surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales.

There will be plenty to see in the countryside with the signs of Spring all ready to burst. February is the month of snowdrops and aconites, and at nearby Kiplin Hall you can see carpets of these delicate flowers as you walk round the beautiful grounds. Thorp Perrow - home to one of the largest collections of trees and shrubs in the North of England - boasts 24 varieties of snowdrops, which you can admire on their popular snowdrop trail.

You can also spend as much time as you want in The Old Vicarage's extensive private leisure facilities that include a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, as well as a 15-metre, heated indoor swimming pool and fully-equipped gym, complete with table football and table tennis to keep the whole family entertained. The wood-burning stove is also pretty irresistible to curl up in front of with a good book and steaming mug of hot chocolate.

If you would like to book this week (16 to 22 February) then please visit our booking page or call us on 01748 884348. We will also consider shorter breaks within this period so do get in touch if you are interested in this as an option.
